DESIGN PHILOSOPHY

The Val is inspired by a valley of rare stillness, framed by mountains and vineyards stretching to the horizon. Its design captures the cool air, the quiet atmosphere, and the sense of retreat found only in Khao Yai.

More than 40% of the estate is devoted to communal green spaces — gardens, trails, and the central Miyawaki Forest. The earth excavated from the forest has raised the homes above it, enhancing privacy while creating a living sanctuary at the centre of the land.

Each residence blends tropical and contemporary design: natural timber, hand-finished concrete, and subtle Asian accents. Fourteen homes, each embodying simplicity, warmth, and timeless craft.
